Coaching

I offer leadership and life coaching to startup founders, executives, investors and high net worth individuals looking to drive personal and organizational transformation. My approach combines first-hand knowledge from 20 years building startups with methodologies for generating lasting personal growth and change. In 2021 I started working with clients, and completed my coaching training with the Hudson School of Coaching, and I also hold a certified coach credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I’ve been a startup employee or founder for most of my career, with a deep understanding of the challenges that comes with searching for PMF, building the team, raising several rounds of seed funding and venture capital, and even selling a business. Through it all, what has fascinated me most is the radical personal growth and transformation that is required to operate in these high pressure, high pace environments. Knowing this, I began to explore the field of adult education looking for tools that would help me level up and began working with a coach for myself in 2011.

Fulfillment Policy

My standard rate is $500/hour and I’m happy to negotiate discounts on a sliding scale with founders of earlier stage companies. You can view my master services agreement here. I operate on a pay-as-you-go model with a recommended grouping of 10 sessions between engagement review, an offer a 24 hour cancelation policy for 100% refund with notice from you via text, call, email or social media direct message.
