I've been the founder/CEO of a venture-backed startup, an early employee at companies that went on to go public, and an executive hired to make sense of messy, high-growth situations. I coach from that experience — but coaching is not advising. My job is to help you see your own patterns clearly and decide what to do about them, not to hand you my playbook.
Sessions are one hour, one-on-one, over video. Between sessions you get homework that fits the life you actually have. We measure progress against what you said you wanted — not against anyone else's definition of success.
